Rick Reynolds, M.S.Ed. - Founder, Engaging Every Student - Rick Reynolds started his career 28 years ago as a passionate K-12 teacher, and now creates curriculum and web-based resources with partners such as the National Park Service, U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, NOAA, and PBS through Engaging Every Student, the organization he founded with the mission to help make the learning process more compelling and meaningful. He is also an enthusiastic trainer of fellow educators with a passion for environmental education and helping all ages connect with nature. He has authored or co-authored 20 books and curriculum guides, as well as hundreds of lesson plans and multimedia resources, including a video game called “Fight the Bites!” and numerous websites and e-learning resources.  Rick is a past chair of the Board of the Environmental Education Association of Oregon (EEAO) and a certified teacher with multiple endorsements who has taught in elementary, middle, and high schools in Oregon and Connecticut. He has also served as a school principal, mentor teacher, and department chair. In addition, he has been a web developer and designer since the beginning of the Web, and he has been having fun with ShareOregon, a website he founded for anyone to find and post the best things to do in Oregon.
